During this time I have had various issues, but all of them were eliminated very quickly and professionally or my doubts (about ping issue) were was only my doubts. The customer service is simply OUTSTANDING. No matter the issue; they have the answer and the fix for you.I have a Dedicated NY server running smoothly for my trading business. I'm running several MT4s at the same time with no issues. I am a new client and have a feeling that I will remain a client for a long time.
I have just joined and I am very pleased with the service thus far.I am trading out of Sydney with a brokerage in NYC and so I have a VPS in NYC, my ping is only 7ms between the broker and vps. the platform (mt4) seems to be operating well so far as well. Pricing is reasonable.Thank you.

So far, I experienced no downtime. The server is fast and able to take many terminals. I have both the vps and dedicated server, and I am very satisfied with it. I have not experienced better customer service elsewhere. they are very efficient and able to resolve any issue on the spot through the chat service which I find very useful. I have also used their 30 days money back guarantee. They do refund your payment fast. That no fuss refund has build my confident in this company.
I joined yesterday and deposited £200 is this enough to get a profit and see a difference? I can't deposit more at this time, but I'm so worried this is a scam and I'm going to lose everything.I'm happy with the customer service and feel like I've been looked after.
