Excellent service, very friendly and competent staff, Fitted the roof on a Friday and within 3 days someone else contacted me asking to do a quality check,Gave the roof 10/10 and even counted the number of screws used to join it all together, now got rid of the bucket used to catch the drips from the leaks
We needed a new garage roof for quite a while but didn’t really know where to go , after all it’s not something you do every day . I’m so glad however that we chose VSF to replace the roof though . From start to end they were absolutely brilliant . The price was good , the people in the office couldn’t do enough for us and the two “ lads “ who did the job were so nice and friendly yet at the same time very professional . They came when they said they would , cleared up after themselves ( even as they were going along doing the job ) and wouldn’t leave until I’d inspected the end result . They even include things as part of the price that other companies charge extra for . I can’t fault VSF and would recommend them to anyone .
From receiving a flyer through the door to installation, and every contact in-between, I've had a great customer experience from VSF. Jay and Jack came to remove and replace my old asbestos garage roof and install new hinged doors. They were punctual, polite and hardworking. Explained what they were doing throughout and I am delighted with the results.Cleaned up afterwards and walked me through the door closing mechanism. The work was carried out to my entire satisfaction. The fitting staff arrived promptly and did an efficient job in a very satisfactory time. Everything was left clean and tidy and all debris was removed. Excellent and high quality job.
My garage caused a few problems during the replacment of the panels due to it not being sqaure.However Jay and Jack informed me of every issue and how they were going to overcome these problems.Could not fault their work and how polite and proffessional they were.They did not stop all day other than to have a few cups of tea and inform me of the progress.They made sure the site was left tidy all rubbish was removed at the end of the job.
We’re very pleased with our new VSF garage roof and general makeover of soffits, fascias and mullions. Daniel and his colleague arrived on time and worked non-stop all day. It was quite a tricky installation as the garage isn’t square at the rear. We were kept informed throughout the process. The quality of the work was excellent. We’re really pleased that the asbestos has been removed and disposed of safely; and very happy to have a garage roof that is watertight and no longer a home for mice and nesting birds.
