From my initial enquiry to completion I was satisfied with the care and attention and the quality of work from this company. I received a survey report and clear details of the work we agreed. The cost of the work was also made clear in the written report. I am happy with the work completed, as agreed and my garage roof is now waterproof, has no asbestos and is pleasing to look at. Gutters and fall pipes have been added, which are low enough for me to maintain going forward. I was invited to take an active role in the survey and to inspect the work on completion, to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction before I completed payment. The workmen were friendly and polite and although they arrived very early, they had completed the work by 2pm which enabled me to finish tidying up.
Robert Harrison's initial visit, and then that of the surveyor were friendly, informative and helpful. The three contractors, over two days, worked tirelessly and with hardly any breaks over two days. They were friendly, co-operative, and answered all my questions. I am delighted with my new garage roof, and with the way in which as a customer I have been treated.
