Review Time
I can not believe this company is still trading. I purchased a power pack and it stopped working shortly after and Iv been trying ever since to get my money back. They got me to post it back to them and now they just ignore me. It’s been 18 months
This review specifically relates to the Vtoman Customer Support, rather than to the battery pack which I had erroneously ordered.The Customer Support could not have been more helpful in terms of organising the battery return and reimbursement of the sum paid, and all in a very timely manner.
My flashspeed 1500 failed after 6 months, after buying an additional battery. It will work with the additional battery connected but is dead without it. Vtomen have been very poor communicating with me and I have had to resort to getting a refund through Amazon. I would have been happy with a repair but I am not happy being ignored. Waited in all day for the collection of the faulty unit to be collected which never happened. Such poor customer service

Just received my vtoman 1800 power station with extra battery and everything seems to be working properly. Haven’t used it enough yet to give a complete review. But this company is a five star seller. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you. Mark Jones
Bought a jump 600x and in less than a year it stopped working and is not charging. Contacted vtoman they seemed to want to help ask for a video of my problem sent it now no response from them and I resent the email to make sure that they and nothing
Bought 2 Flashspeed 1500. Both failed within a month with error codes. Won't charge, or remaining charge dropping instantly to zero from say 80% within a minute and then needs charging as if it were empty. Contacted customer service, no or random dismissive responses. No follow-ups for months. Till today, 1 year later still no resolution, warranty or replacement. There is a facebook user group "VTOMAN group" where people have endless complaints about this company's products and non-existent support. This response below from them is nothing but a pretend show to look like they care.
