Avoid this company! Extremely unprofessional team. I received a damaged plate and was directed to their no-return policy that I had to agree to before purchasing. After spending nearly $300, I only received part of my order (still waiting on a pre-ordered magnet plate that never arrived). I requested either a refund or a functional plate, but my issue remains unresolved. *I will keep this updated.*
I've been a customer since the start, ordered the first version, and it shipped quickly. Unfortunately, it got damaged during a repair. I purchased the new version with custom engraving, and despite my mistake during installation, the support team sent a replacement at no cost. Truly exceptional.
I also ordered from this company without receiving anything. After three weeks of not hearing or receiving anything in the mail, I emailed their "support" team and got no response. Fortunately my credit card company has a 'never received' dispute option and it's being handled by them. Hopefully this so called company is disbanded and even criminally charged. Freakin thieves
I recently made a purchase from VUSI Studios and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Stealth Plate, paid for it in full, and received an order confirmation. Prior to placing the order, I was in contact with the seller via email, which gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase.However, after four weeks, I have not received the product. Despite multiple follow-up emails asking for an update, I have not received any responses. It seems like the company has simply gone silent after taking my payment. Given the complete lack of communication and the fact that I’ve received nothing, I’m beginning to believe that this company is a scam.I would strongly advise others to avoid making any purchases from this business.
