After I hit a lucky streak, Wagerstreet initially denied my winnings claiming my wagers on props were somehow fraudulent. However, after weeks of back and forth, Wagerstreet fully honored my winnings. The interface is easy and intuitive with lots of options. I found Jason, my rep, to be helpful and empathetic. He was hard to get in touch with sometimes, as were others. You basically can't reach them in the morning. I enjoyed the site and my interactions with Jason. I'd just be hesitant to put a large bankroll in it.
Well let's start by saying they don't honor their own Freeplay promos then if you deposit you'll never get it or even get to speak to anyone you'll get a email saying your messag e has been sent then it dies and you won't ever get a reply
EDIT: I am concluding on this final EDIT that wagerstreet.net has in fact PAID OUT to me all my remaining balance AND winnings.I had to call them and talk to Jason via email and telephone and the things carried out just has he explained them to me , with me receiving my full remaining balance in small doses weekly until it was all withdrawn to me.They removed their betting services to me 1.5 month but they did in fact paid me out my profits which is significant and proves that at least in my case they acted fair and square. Thus I am changing my rating from 2stars to a 4star review and one star I am taking away is simply for being forced (kind of) to stop using their services as a decision of their upper management.Going to write my honest experience with this site ,I deposited in small amounts around 6-7k and used my wagerstreet.net account to make wagers from 500-1.5k USD per bet.I bet singles and combos (nba combos , random leagues combos ,9leg parlays etc).I have had 3 successful withdrawals totaling around the money that I have deposited (around 6-7k) but I have another 6k remaining balance and despite Jason (the live chat agent) assuring me that I will get paid within the withdrawal time-limit (which is 24-48hours) I still have not received my 1.8k withdrawal that I have been waiting for nearly 3 days now.I have sent a few emails but I am not receiving any feedback and only one agent answers to me when I am using the live chat (which is Jason , all other agents read my messages and close the chat ignoring me).I am noting here that I sent all KYC documents that were requested by the time when I registered and I have the email from them claiming that I have successfully passed KYC and I am good to go for using the account.I don't like how this all is going right now with my remaining balance being stuck on the account and withdrawals not going through.I am hoping to me proven wrong and if I do end up getting paid I will update the review here but so far I can't say that I am satisfied with how things end up going. If I do end up getting paid my rightful winnings ( the remaining XXXX USD in my balance I will update this review) but if anyone is interested in registering here , be aware of this situation.
I signed up with an agent named Andy who offered me a free $100 to sign up for the site. He stated that all I needed to do was sign up and he'd give me a free $100. I signed up he then told me that in order to be able to cash out I would need to make a deposit. I made a deposit from my bank account of $50. I then placed a bet with the $50 and hit on a six leg parlay. When I hit payout it informed me that in order to get a payout I had to place $500 in wager bets. This made me call the friend that connected me to Andy. He said that because I didn't deposit $100 that I wasn't eligible to cash out anything. Since this conflicted with what Andy had stated the night before I reached out to him myself for clarification. Instead of clarifying the $100 bonus (which is essentially a $100 deposit match) he decided to tell me how broke and pressed I was, how I was trying to scam him and that I was a nobody to him, seeing as I had only deposited $50 and he has bettors that spend thousands a day. After getting no where with him I ask him to send me my money minus his $100 to which he refused and then told me he was shutting down my account because this site is for VIP and I am a nobody. I assured him that if he didn't honor my bet and return my money that I would be reporting the site. He closed my account didn't send me any of my money or honor the winning ticket. He originally stated that I couldn't get my money back without verification of my identity, I did even though hesitant and not very secure in sending over my personal information. The site has not honored my winning ticket or refunded my money. I'll be calling the FTA once I'm done writing my reviews. *Edit after much communication and mutual agreement we have found a resolution that was fair and reasonable 12/5/2025 Andy apologized for the misunderstanding and we found a common ground that was satisfactory.
