I completed the Blackjack 21 offer through the Top Eleven offerwall and initially received my reward. Later, RevU reversed the tokens and my account balance became negative.After contacting support and providing screenshots and proof of completion, they rejected my case claiming that I was not a “new user”, without providing any clear evidence or installation data.I installed this app for the first time through the official offerwall and followed all rules. I did not use VPN, emulator, or multiple accounts.This experience is unfair and misleading for users who honestly complete offers. I strongly warn other users to be careful when using RevU offers.I request RevU to properly review my case and restore my removed tokens.
RevU is a terrible service. I completed tasks and was shadow banned; i.e. I just stopped receiving payouts for tasks I was completing. They said I was using a VPN and was banned. I completed a $20+ dollar quest and even provided proof of quest completion to them and the website that they were partnered with (boxed.gg), but to this day over a week later I haven't received compensation and remain banned.
This company is a scam. They don’t have any real reviews because the company doesn’t provide the offers they’ve agreed to provide. Their user agreements are predatory and they do not provide any proof of their intent to provide consumers with actual “credits”. It’s all a SCAM.
