WSMM was a great investment. It helped me land a bulge bracket offer from a non-target and navigate the process with little stress. WSMMs networking, application, behavioral, and technical learning modules prepare you for all steps of the banking recruiting process. Furthermore, coaches are always online and ready to answer questions specific to your situation. Would recommend this 10/10 times to anyone looking to break into banking from a non-target school.
WSMM has been incredibly helpful in introducing me to the world of Investment Banking and helping me become more competitive in such a demanding field. As a sophomore, it gave me clarity and direction at a time when I was still figuring out my path. I learned so many things I wouldn’t have known otherwise, gained practical insight into the industry, and found a community of students who share the same goals and drive. The coaches provide personalized support and guidance throughout the process, which made a huge difference in my confidence and preparation. I highly recommend WSMM to any student interested in IB.
Great network/coaches. Really know what they're doing and stay on top of things. Also really helpful resources to prepare for technical and behavioral questions, in addition to mock interviews. Would recommend for those trying to break into IB. The ROI is just too great.
Just based on the onboarding call I felt very organized in what I need to do and when. Theres obviously a lot thrown at you at once but I do not think this is a bad thing whatsoever, the beginning of the modules explain how to keep up to date and manage your time well, which is certainly necessary during the recruiting process. All in all, I really have no complaints and the coaching has been very informative and always available.

When I joined WSMM I knew little about the IB recruitment process, but what I did know was that I was willing to put in the effort and fully commit to the gruelling process. I come from a non-target school where IB is not that big, so I needed all the resources I could get. The modules were very helpful -- Sam explains things and teaches the technical concepts in a very digestible way that made things intuitive. It was much more efficient than just trying to learn them from textbooks & online guides alone. Sam also provides helpful networking logs, email templates, etc., and office hours were useful too. Having multiple mentors that I could ask any question to was great and I honestly should've taken advantage of it more.I ended up accepting an offer that I am extremely happy with; while I could not have done it without the support from WSMM, it is integral to understand the importance of your own drive and discipline during this process. It's because I actually followed the modules, dedicated all my time towards this goal, and constantly reflected and adapted my strategy throughout that I was able to achieve results.
