These are top-quality boilers. They are highly efficient. They minimise emissions and allow for maximum efficiency. However, as with all oil boilers, it is essential to have an oftec registered boiler specialist commission the new boiler & to have it serviced annually.
The installation was straight forward, the engineer was happy with the product. There was an issue with the Riello pump leaking oil but the issue was resolved by the engineer promptly after speaking to Warmflow they sent a new oil pump straight away without any quibble.Only just started using the central heating will be able to comment more after first winter has passed.
This is a great boiler and was bought as well for its high energy rating.Plenty of hot water.Being summer the rads not on often but when they have been plenty of heat coming from them.Only recently installed and time will tell but I do not expect problems at all. Great warranty, too.Very happy so far. 5 stars.
