Delays in carrying out boiler…took several calls to get it carried out

Delays in carrying out boiler inspection.Complained to engineer when he finally arrived that there was water leaking from the condenser. He inspected the boiler that was not leaking at the time even though there were clear signs that there was water stains on the internal casing. He passed the the boiler but did not register there signs of a leak in his report. This led me to switch to British Gas who came to inspect the boiler and failed it immediately as un insurable with them due to leaks that had been there for a longtime.I contacted WARMSERVE and they said they can’t help as the engineer did not include it in his report and I should have reported it myself.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Had work carried out in April. Needed my toilet fixing and a boiler service. Completed the service and passed the boiler on the day, they had to come back for parts to fix the toilet. I paid cash to the engineer for the service. Also needed parts for the boiler as there were signs of leaking on that.I had a call from the office to book in the remaining work with an invoice. The invoice did not reflect the money I had paid for the service. They contacted me back and confirmed the engineer had the cash (this didn’t sit right with me, why hadn’t he contracted them to inform them of that payment? He was sat in his van long enough on my drive after completing the work).A couple of days later 3 engineers turned up. Two fixed the toilet and were efficient and left. The engineer replacing the part on the boiler was the same who completed the service. He called down and asked me to turn back on the water. Which I did. A few minutes later my son alerted me to water pouring from my kitchen spot light. I called up and went to find out what he had done. He stated he didn’t realise he hadn’t placed the shower head back in the bath. Now I am still unsure as to why he’d removed it from the holder in the first place. There was also clear water marks now visible along the ceiling and water had poured down the wall into my larder. The engineer completed the boiler repair and stated he would contact the office and explain what had happened. I went back upstairs and found that there was a small leak still with the boiler. My husband contacted the office understandably upset at what I had told him had happened. The office was extremely apologetic, however they did not appear to have been informed of the incident by the engineer. They stated they would send another engineer around to assess the damage and sort the leak. Who turned up? but the same engineer. So of course the damage was never assessed. I also had to throw out food from the larder form water damage. Not to mention the inconvenience of it all, being 5pm and two young children waiting for their dinner. Now a couple of days ago we received an invoice for the remaining work; 2 months later. After never having the office contact us to see what damage had been caused. Not trusting this company we arranged our own checks on the electrics.I wound absolutely never recommend this company or have another one of their incompetent engineers step foot in my house again. Avoid!

Disappointed and unfairly treated

I had a boiler leaking issue, but it was not happen all the time, so for the first visit, during which the engineer was unable to identify the leak because it was not active at the time. He specifically advised us to record the issue if it happened again, which we did. Then they advice to visit again but with another examine fee, even I emphasis it was a follow up case (we already paid for the first visit). They insist, said will do more test then. when i ask why no test in first visit? They didn't reply email and disappear.
