Processing claims is a pain

Processing claims takes forever and you have to call and get a customer service rep on the phone. However after all that I did get my reimbursement.

I don't really recommend anyone to use…

I don't really recommend anyone to use a kangaroo.At first they make everything look pretty, but in reality it's not like that. They sent me to the hospital to take my pet and then when I filed a claim they never wanted to pay me.I just tell you to be very careful.
