I had a very good experience with Skruvat. Ordering was easy, and the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, I had to return one product because it didn’t fit my car, but the return process was smooth and simple.
Customer service was helpful and responded quickly to my questions. The refund was processed without any problems, and everything was handled professionally.
Even though I needed to return an item, I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely order from Skruvat again. Highly recommended!
The parts seem cheap enough, but it takes an eternity to get some and zero information from Skruvat. It's also impossible to call and find out about where the rest of my order is since their customer service phone hours are 09:00 => 12:00!

När jag installerade delen fick jag fler felkoder än tidigare, vilket tydligt visade att sonden från Skruvat var defekt. När jag köpte en identisk sond från en annan leverantör funkade allt perfekt.Trots bildbevis och korrekt information valde Skruvat att avslå min reklamation med nonsensskäl om att jag inte angett chassinummer, trots att det inte ens efterfrågades från början. När jag sedan gjorde en ny anmälan och var ännu tydligare, la de ändå bara ner ärendet med ursäkten att jag skulle ha köpt fel del – vilket är helt befängt.Det här är helt enkelt fruktansvärt dålig kundservice. Jag har varit helt öppen för dialog, men det går inte att resonera med ett företag som bara avfärdar ens ärende utan att ens försöka förstå. Att de inte ens verkar ha koll på sina egna artikelnummer är skrämmande.Så mitt tydliga råd: håll er borta från Skruvat. Om ni någonsin behöver en reservdel, köp den någon annanstans, för här kan ni räkna med att bli totalt överkörda om något går fel. Det är förbluffande att ett så oseriöst bolag ens existerar år 2026.Riktigt skräpig upplevelse – undvik dem till varje pris.I bought a lambda (oxygen) sensor from Skruvat using the exact replacement part number specified by both Honda and Skruvat’s own website. After installing it, I immediately got more fault codes than before, which clearly indicated that the sensor supplied by Skruvat was defective. I then bought an identical sensor from another supplier and everything worked perfectly.Despite providing photos and correct information, Skruvat rejected my warranty claim with a ridiculous excuse about me not having provided the VIN number — something they never even asked for in the first place. When I submitted a new claim and was even more explicit, they still closed the case, claiming that I had bought the wrong part — which is completely absurd.This is simply shockingly bad customer service. I’ve been fully open to dialogue, but it’s impossible to reason with a company that just dismisses claims without even trying to understand the issue. The fact that they don’t seem to have control over their own part numbers is alarming.My clear advice: stay away from Skruvat. If you ever need spare parts, buy them somewhere else, because if anything goes wrong here, you can expect to be completely ignored. It’s baffling that such an unprofessional company still exists in 2026.A truly awful experience — avoid at all costs.
I ordered a tow hook for my car on November 14th, with an expected delivery of 5–15 working days. The next day, I was informed that my order was delayed and would arrive at the warehouse on December 12th, which I accepted.On December 12th, I contacted customer service to confirm shipment and was told it had been further delayed to December 29th. I asked if it could be delivered no later than January 12th, as I needed it installed for an apartment move, and this was confirmed.However, on January 7th, I contacted customer service again to confirm shipment, only to be told that it had not been sent and would now arrive at the warehouse at the end of January.After waiting for two months with multiple delays and misleading information, I ultimately canceled the order. I never received the product.
