I’m filing a case against them, let’s see how it goes. But first I have an open case with support from the “European Consumer Centre Norway” I bought robots and equipment in this game for around 1000£ for 1 month. Soon after they all got nerfed and there were new bots who killed me in less than a half second.there are plenty of hackers still..today I experienced it twice, I have all screenshots and screen recordings of that which will be useful. Also I didn’t get any refunds for anything.
This game actually used to be really fun, really fair, and very enjoyable. However, over the past year or two I've seen sooo many players quit as well as even big you tubers for the game. The reason for this is very simple, Pixonic got very very greedy and changed up everything with the game. Put it this way after you reach level 21 and are able to play with Titans and are in Masters league of your not spending at least $100-200 a week on the game and that's not an exaggerated comment either. If you're not spending that much at least every week to keep up with the idiots that are then you might as well not even download or attempt to play the game. This game went from F2P friendly to F2P doesn't exist in the game anymore in a matter of months. Pixonic comes out with a new robot or two every month and with that comes new weapons, new drones, then to get those robots, weapons, and drones leveled up you have to again but the resources in order to level them up and oh let's not forget that reach new robot released has new pilots released that also have to be leveled up and there's so many different things you have to buy in order to level up everything. There's silver, gold, platinum, that's just for the robots and weapons, you have to buy completely different stuff to level up drones and pilots. Oh and I forgot to mention the many different motherships as well. So, every month you have at least one if not two new bots, the weapons, the pilots, and the drones released. And every month the new stuff is so over powered that literally one robot leveled up to MK3 with all new weapons leveled up to MK3 with the legendary pilot and drone can take out a whole team by themselves and that's not a joke. Then when they are about to release more new stuff the next month then they go in after everyone has spent all that money to get all of this over powered stuff then Pixonic goes in and basically puts the robot and weapons to what they should have been when released but they are very greedy so they release the new stuff every single month way overpowered because they know that some people will still spend all of that money to have the new overpowered stuff. So, you can just start out and get to where you unlock Titans and the matchmaking on the game is ridiculous. You can get to where titans are unlocked and then all of the sudden go against one of those players i just mentioned that spend hundreds and thousands a month on the game and that one person will take everyone of your robots out and your teammates by himself. You can report it to Pixonic and tell them that there's campers which are players that have all overpowered stuff but will throw matches and games on purpose to move down leagues just so they can do stuff like that, and you can message Pixonic and complain about it but honestly they don't care and they won't do anything about it to fix it either. I've screen recorded plenty of players like that knowing they should be 2 if not 3 leagues higher than what they are as well as sent in recordings of hackers killing everyone from under the map as well as other know hacks in the game sent the proof in with the players id and name everything but a couple of games later or a week later you see the same ones still doing it, so basically as long as the hackers or players that like to be campers, bullies, and make the game just not fun anymore as long as they keep spending their money then Pixonic could care less what they do. I used to love this game and i have spent a good bit of money on the game, but after a while of seeing this is going to happen every month and Pixonic isn't going to make the game fun, fair, and at least F2P friendly then forget War Robots the game is boring and isn't fun anymore. I haven't played in months now and could care less. I mean not everybody has extra money to spend on games, that's why 99.9% of every single mobile game is F2P friendly but not this one. So, if your thinking about downloading, trying, and playing this game, think about this first after like the first week or two of playing and your now level 21 with Titans unlocked and two weeks invested in the game are you going to have a spare $100-$200 a week you can spend on the game in order to keep up with all the new overpowered stuff coming out every month and i do mean every month? Because if your not going to be able to spend that much at least every week then you honestly shouldn't even waste your time. I wish i wouldn't have but at least now i know. But if you absolutely insist on wanting to play it then ok you should hit me up i have two accounts with alot of bots, weapons, pilots, drones, titans already on it. Both accounts I've spent probably at least $2,000-$3,000 total on each over the years.
BEWARE! this game is a massive money pit rip off! you cannot compete unless you pay for upgrade materials! once upgraded after a wile they put you against superior Mechs who kill you in seconds so more upgrades to compete and the sorry saga goes on and on and on! Untill you realise what's happening but by that time you've spent loads of money! I have noticed other Mech games are doing the exact same thing! so unless you are prepared to spend money and keep spending it... I wouldn't bother! don't fall into the trap like I did. 🫤
Most people are mad because they lost a match to a p2w player. I'm mad because I lost a great game to p2w players. It used to be skill based, playing in even fights against free to play players. There was in game currency you could buy but that was all. Oh, how it has fallen. When they added puzzle pieces to get robots it was annoying and the start of the fall. Then they added 20$ bots that can't be hit and fly around the whole map killing you. They were starting to annoy normal players, but there was still money to be made. They added titan robots or something along those lines. They were massive bots that where very hard to kill and could make your armor 80% lead very quick. They took forever to charge some reason, and I think I only used mine once. I've uninstalled it YEARS ago I've forgotten how long ago, but at least 3 years.I left a little after they added pilots. From what I've seen, they will be the death of the game. You can out heal anything for the mere price of ... EVRY OTHER PLAYERS WILL TO LIVE and 100 bucks. War Robots was once my most beloved games. I looked forward to playing in a fair fight and not having to have a 300$ loadout that is not even that good. I watched a video by PREDITOR WR who is a good War Robots youtuber who based his career off it. Thats what the WR in his name means. He fought a filthy p2w player with a horrible healing rate. There was no point of wasting ammo on him. He couldn't be killed. His only weakness is that he has absolutely no skill at the game and PREDITOR WR is very good at it. When I saw his helicopter pet following him around, I realized how bad it truly was. It had reached Roblox p2w simulator levels of low. The helicopter was like a pet you get in one of those games. Here's a pro tip, don't play! Every dollar is a wasted dollar. When the game drowns in its own greed, all of the wasted money will be lost. Give it a bad review based off all the issues and don't recommend it to others. Edit: The main reason that it doesn't feel the same anymore is probably the design of the bots. The original ones have camouflage and seem like they could blend in, while the new ones use all these flashy colors like pink and neon green. They abandoned the war aspect, and now like all fictional games went the flashy design. It's not like camo matters; the enemies are marked as soon as you see them. They also ditched the last shreds of realism with the new weapons. We used to have these miniguns and cannons but now we have these energy magic super weapons that make no sense. Sure, it made no sense that the miniguns had infinite ammo the rounds teleport into the cannons, but at least they are modeled off pre-existing weapons and not some sci fi p2w design that deals crazy high damage.They were also based off vehicles for the old designs. We had trucks and planes used as cockpits for the robots but now we have whatever makes the least sense and the most money.
Is not a free to play but obscene pay to win game. They allow admins to play , do nothing against cheaters, combats are matched by the way that strong side and very weak. You can report cheaters, next day you see same cheating pig ingame and this cheating every dccay, nothing is done against them. SCAM SCAM SCAAM
Don’t waste all your money on this game. They have been playing the same scam trick for years. You would think they, the owners would change, but they are very greedy! Here is the deal. When you start playing this game, and make investment, with your hard earn money. You will start spending money on building up your Robot, equipment, drones, pilot skills, Modules, and your Titans. You will start loving your hanger because now everything is max out and performing awesome on the battle field. As the game progress, they will come out with new Bots, etc…. When people are not purchasing those new Bots and etc… all that hundreds and thousands of dollars you spent on New Bots, weapons, Pilot skills, etc. Is gone down the drain. And in the greedy owners and developers pockets. Now you have to start all over. If you want to compete and have fun; this happens every 5-6 months. This game is a investment into the owners pockets. Which they don’t care about the customers. When do you ever go out and purchase something and its taken away! You purchase Bots and weapons, etc…then its Nerfed and made to a useless item. Setting in your hanger. Without any type of refunds. Or giving Gold or something for compensation. Now they are passing out surveys asking people what do we think about the new update NERF. 9.9.9. IT SUCKS!!! Everything that I build up in my hanger. Is NOW GARBAGE!!Which means you can’t enjoy the game, because your ROBOTS and weapons are just that garbage. All the new BOTS that came out. Now have your Bots power! Warning, if you want to loose money like thousands of people have done. And they are not happy with these updates stay away. Or just use old bots in your hanger with the new weapons.This really is a simple fix. For the greeedy owners. Give players a choice. When the new Bots and items come out. For those that have the money to upgrade. They will do just that. For those that don’t leave their Bots alone let it keep its power and weapons. Simply put have your developers find away to make the new Bots more appealing, and slight advantage with more power. Then people will upgrade without feeling force.I personally within the last 4 months spent thousands on my BOTS, weapons, Pilots, Modules, Titans, etc. and now they are worth nothing in the battle field.
Basically any game out there with the pay to win formula is trash. So much to point out. Updates come out at least once a week to ensure your failure the next time you play. And now the actual gameplay. You're always on the losing team. The game always wants you to get beaten by players who spend more money than earn experience. When you finally purchase an upgrade (yes, with real money), your player will succeed in winning one or two games and that's it. You will be back to being beat in no time. The algorithm this game runs on is beyond rigged. Did I mention that reporting hackers does nothing?Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. Hope everyone at Pixonic drowns in their own money one day. Not to mention they have so many fake reviews on the App Store...
