Watch received, but strap is too small and it's losing time.

The watch arrived, but the strap is sized for children and it's losing 10 minutes daily. I've attempted to reach out via web chat three times, but I always find myself 22nd in line and haven't moved up in over an hour. I also emailed customer service, and after three days, I'm still waiting for a response. Very disappointing service.

Deeply Disappointed with Treatment

I am profoundly disappointed with the treatment from this store. After ordering two watches and waiting months, we missed a call due to a conference. When we called back after hours, we learned the watches had been sold over the weekend. This is unacceptable, especially during the holiday season. As a same-sex couple, we felt disrespected, and the manner in which we were treated felt homophobic. We will not return to this store and are considering legal action due to the way we have been treated.

Caution: Untrustworthy Experience

I bought a watch four years ago and now wish to sell it, only to realize I was never given the warranty card. After contacting them, they promised to get a new card from the manufacturer, but a month later, I'm still waiting.
