Did not receive correct shoe size and they refused to switch to right size within 7 days of receiving shoes. Kept asking for more and more pictures of shoes to delay return time. Also shoes arrived a month late. Also shoes are probably fake

I wish I could give them zero stars…

I wish I could give them zero stars because this site is a scam. I ordered sneakers from Less Kicks and received shipping notifications first from USPS and then FedEx (I sent them an email when I did not receive the shoes from USPS after nearly a month’s time, so they told me they would ship a different pair through FedEx), but the carriers never received the package. The labels were created, but the item was never handed over for shipment.When I contacted Less Kicks, they repeatedly blamed USPS and then FedEx, despite tracking clearly showing that the package was never in carrier possession. The company has not taken responsibility or resolved the issue.As of now, I have neither received the sneakers. Thankfully, my credit card reimbursed me. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious ordering from this company.

LESS KICKS IS A SCAM!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. If you value your money and don’t want to be scammed, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my daughter’s number one Christmas gift at the beginning of December and I ordered expedited shipping which means I would get it in under a week. Christmas was fast approaching and I contacted customer service and told them that my item showed shipped, but there was no shipping Number and no arrival date. They said they would look into it and then someone emailed me the next day and said that my shoes were lost in transit and they had no other sizes in stock. I went directly to the website to see if the shoe was showing sold out and wouldn’t you have it, they were still selling the same shoe for the same size and still saying it would arrive before Christmas. They offered to allow me to pick another shoe and I told them I wanted an immediate refund. They told me I would get a refund within 3 to 5 days. Over a week had passed and I contacted them again and said that I didn’t receive my refund and they said it was an error in processing and I needed to talk to my bank for the e refund to process. I talked to my bank and they told me no one ever tried to refund me from this company. I Contacted PayPal which I intelligently paid through because I never buy anything from anyone new with my regular card until they have proven themselves trustworthy. PayPal launched an investigation and gave the company 10 days to respond to my claim that they never sent my items and we’re not following up on refunding me my money. Less kicks never responded and I was refunded by PayPal with no problems. Do not trust these people!!!

The worst

The worst, worst. January 9th still waiting for my order that was Xmas present placed beginning of December. Responded to so gave benefit of the doubt but still no tracking number and getting run around.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. You might as well burn your money. I ordered shoes on Dec. 4 as a Christmas present for my son. Google led me to them when I typed in the name of the shoe. In hindsight, I never even realized that these were fake shoes. (I have no problem with copy cat things if it is not being marketed as Authentic.) Tracking did not even show they even went out until close to 20 days later. Now it's 2 days before Christmas and I email them. Kept getting the run around from a customer specialist named "Cashwanda Anderson" who I realize now is not a real person but rather just a fake AI response but they make it appear you are talking to the same person. When tracking finally showed where they were after Christmas, it said they were being held at the postal facility for counterfeit postage. That is when I realized that this company was not in California as they note on their website. And I checked my credit card charge and the company has an international phone number (listed with the credit card company as merchant), and the charge is being processed by some company under a generic "t-shirt" company name out of England. I repeatedly emailed and said I want a refund but again getting the run around, "We are so sorry...." I asked in the email if these were even authentic and they assured me they were. Ha! But yet they still did not process a refund and no end in sight if the shoes would come bc tracking said they were being held. Randomly one day they showed up on my door step (mind you this is a month later after I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company that product was never received and no one was answering my emails anymore) in a FedEx plastic mailer wrapped shoe box that was all busted up and crushed. It had come straight from China (not from California as the website claims), and they are clearly fake Nikes. Not even the size that we ordered so we have zero use for these. I emailed again demanding a refund and they said to take all these pictures, etc. even though clearly they did not even send the correct size shoe, let alone that they are fakes and all the other stuff (that I clearly explained they were for a Christmas present and they arrive on January 9th as not even the thing we ordered. Why I would need to take pictures is ludicrous. Their website purports they accept returns, etc. but nothing on their website can be trusted). Additionally, I then tried to look up the same shoe on their website and there is no organized filters or search results. There are just over 83+ pages of shoes in randomized order that you can scroll through. Likely everyone who purchases from this website is led there by a Google search of a shoe by a specific name believing they are purchasing some other authentic shoe not knowing about this company at all. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase from this company. LessKicks.com IS A SCAM COMPANY. LessKicks.com- If you want to sell fake shoes.... then state that they are knock offs and sell them for cheaper (not what the actual price of brand name shoes cost), and say they are reproduction or copy cat shoes coming from China and that your expected delivery time is 1-month. That will make your company legitimate, until then you are representing to all of us that you are something else. If you read this review and you order from then, then you might as well just burn your money. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to purchasing from them. The positive reviews listed here are all fake (you can see that LessKicks.com replies to those) and does not engage with anyone who leaves a negative review for a reason.

Lesskicks is a TOTAL SCAM

Lesskicks is a TOTAL SCAM! I purchased Adidas soccer shoes as a Christmas present for my grandson based on an advertised expected delivery date of Dec. 24. The shoes didn't arrive until Jan. 5. Once I realized that the shoes wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas, I tried to cancel the order but was told I could not, but instead just to refuse the delivery or return to sender for a complete refund. WRONG! I was then told there would be no refund unless the shoes were shipped back to Vietnam at my expense or I could receive a 30% refund based on the missed delivery date. I opted for the refund which I have not received. By the way, the shoes appear to be cheap knockoffs--not actually Adidas shoes--as they are very flimsy. The box they came in looked like it had been run over by a truck. If you buy from this sham company, you will be throwing away your money.

Company is NOT what they claim

The website reads the company is based in CA and it is not! Shoes were shipped from China. The shipping time was accurate. The site states exchange and refund are possible and that is NOT true. They require photos of purchased shoes and even though never worn, tags still in tact they would not honor an exchange for a larger size because the shoe matched the size ordered BUT didn’t fit. Requested an exchange as the shoe was too small. They would only offer discounts for an additional purchase. Why would I keep shoes that are too small and then pay for another pair? It’s a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROMLESSKICKS!!
