I cannot recommend this service. I spent an entire day trying to reach customer support via email and phone to find out the status of my order. Living in a rural area, it was crucial for me to know if my delivery would arrive on time or if I needed to head into town for cat food. After sending four emails, I only received automated responses directing me to call customer service, which is supposedly ‘always available to assist.’ When I called three times, I was met with a messaging service that suggested I email instead?! I emailed again to cancel my order, and within 15 minutes, I received a call stating they had been too busy to respond and that the order would be delayed due to weather conditions. I expressed my desire to cancel the order and, feeling dissatisfied with customer service, I also terminated my subscription and requested a refund. They promised that my card would be credited that day. However, the refund has not yet appeared, and after emailing three times today for confirmation, I received no response—not even an automated one. I called customer service twice today and left a message, but once again, it was just a messaging service. While I can't comment on the pet food, my experience with customer service has been disappointing... still waiting for my refund. I emailed them again this morning requesting my refund (14th)... fingers crossed! Order 292670. Update: I received confirmation today that the money has been refunded, and I truly appreciate the response from the service.

I have been using the chicken patties for a long time—it's the only flavor my cats will eat—but the texture has changed; they are now 'sloppier' and wetter. The company claims that only the packaging has changed to eco-friendly plastic. I still can’t get my cats to eat the patties raw, so I have to cook them instead. After 10 minutes in a moderate oven, they finally eat the large quantity I have stored. I'm not saying I won't purchase again, but they will only eat it cooked, as they refuse it in its raw state.

My mother passed away unexpectedly, and during that time, we called to see if our order could be redirected since we weren't home. We were assured this would be fine, but the parcel ended up being destroyed, and the company denied any refund or replacement. I understand policies, but a bit of compassion would have been appreciated—we weren’t informed of the risk of the pet food being destroyed, or we would have made different arrangements. To be ignored after explaining our circumstances and to receive no empathy was truly disappointing. I wouldn't expect such treatment from a company that claims to care.

I've always valued a reputable company but was recommended this one by another breeder at a recent show. I was eager to place a large order after researching their products. I filled out the contact form for a breeder account and submitted my credentials, but after four days with only an automated response, I reached out again and still received no reply. I am incredibly frustrated with how my application was handled. Ignoring a potential new customer is unacceptable and damages trust. Therefore, I will not be placing any orders or recommending them to my community.
We absolutely love Luna & Me! The small burger-style patties are incredibly convenient, and our Bengal kitten devours them while looking very healthy. The packaging clearly outlines portion sizes, and it’s reassuring to know all nutritional needs are met. Great product!
My pet adores this food, and it has noticeably improved her skin condition—not completely cured, but definitely better. I appreciate that it's pre-portioned and ready to serve, making it less messy and easier to monitor her intake—her bowl is always clean. Deliveries are prompt and arrive fully frozen within the promised timeframe. I can’t fault my experience at all.
