Purchased a Kayak from Wave Global, delivery was on schedule product quality is great, unfortunately I had a slight issue with one component, after emailing to inform of the issue my request was handled in a speedy and professional manor.

Under dimensions the Website states Trailblazer is 426 x 24 x 36 cm, this is clearly wrong, so I contacted support for clarification of actual size, several emails later I feel that they have no interest in correcting there details. Was very interested in buying as soon as possible, now I think I will take my business elsewhere.

My partner owns a SUP and after borrowing a friend's, I was looking for my own. The 160kg weight capacity appealed to me, and the price was just right. Knowing the quality from my partner's board, I wasn't disappointed. My only concern is that I'm a size 36 waist and the waist strap feels a bit tight.
I placed my order on December 3rd and have yet to receive my item. As of December 11th, the payment service is getting involved due to the lack of communication. There’s no tracking information available, and the email responses have been unhelpful. Additionally, the phone line is non-functional.
I would recommend this service. I faced a minor issue as my order was out of stock in the desired color, and I wasn't informed, causing a delay. However, when I inquired about it, the service I received was excellent, and an alternative color is on its way.
These are the best changing robes available! I already own two for dog walking and am looking to buy a third. I can stay dry even in the rain all day. I've been waiting for a size small to come back in stock, and the customer service has been fantastic in keeping me updated and responding promptly. Highly recommend these robes; I wouldn't consider another brand.
