Fantastic service! I ordered a rack and dumbbell set, and it arrived within a week. Unfortunately, a few of the dumbbells were damaged, but I reached out to the support team immediately. Within days, the damaged items were replaced by a representative without any issues. Truly great customer support.
I had a great experience with customer service. I mistakenly entered my old address for delivery, but they quickly responded to my email and corrected it. When my order arrived with a damaged piece, they again responded promptly and arranged for a replacement. The equipment is suitable for entry-level users and is good for beginners.
I ordered a cage rack with a pulley system. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged during transit, but the customer support team was excellent and sent out a new set of cables within two days.
