I'll be honest—I was a bit hesitant at first since I'd never heard of ChackTok before. But after using it for about 3 months running iPad photo booths at weddings and corporate events, I'm genuinely impressed.What stood out:• Customer support is TOP-NOTCH. I had a sync issue during my first event (totally panicked), reached out via WhatsApp, and they walked me through the fix in under 10 minutes. Saved my event.• The app stability has improved dramatically—I've run 8-hour events without a single crash since the recent updates.• Template customization is flexible enough for different client branding needs.• Cloud upload works smoothly most of the time (occasionally takes 2-3 seconds longer when WiFi is weak, but that's expected).Small things to improve:• The initial setup instructions could be clearer—I had to Google a couple of things.• Would love to see more preset templates for common event types (weddings, birthdays, etc.).Overall, it's a solid professional tool at a reasonable price point. What really makes the difference is the team behind it—they clearly care about making sure you succeed with their product.Would I buy again? Yes, and I'm already planning to get the annual VIP subscription for the extra features.
I am a 360 PhotoBooth owner and new to the scene. I am finding the use of my 360 photo booth along with the Chacktok software to be going pretty smoothly! I like some of the new little upgrades that I am seeing in the software e.g. being able to add a text sticker after the photo is taken. I know Chacktok continues to build new and cool templates for users and this is appreciated! Our guests love the slow motion and boomerang modes. I am able to create personalized and custom backdrops for customers easily and they are are breeze to work with in Chacktok's software.Like others using this equipment, I recently needed to request new wheels for my flight case as they had snapped off. Chacktok responded right away with a promise to send me 4 new ones without hesitation - this quick and positive response was greatly appreciated! Thanks for your continued work to improve and advance your products Chacktok! It’s nice to see new things in your software while maintaining a simple interface for us newbies!
when i first used this app on an Android, there was a option to just use the " camera" option to make quick videos and to edit them on the fly, now you can only create events and youre locked into the set up chosen at create event. the Iphone has that option. i am seriously frustrated with this app. there is no way to just make a fun video sittig in the backyard with my kids and let them fool around with editing. poor job guys, please make it user friendly like the iphone...and how you had it like 3 weeks ago.
I just wanted to share my experience using Chacktok for my 360 photo booth, and let me tell you, it's been fantastic! The videos I've created are top-notch, and my friends and clients absolutely love them, especially the boomerang feature – it's a real crowd-pleaser.What's great is how easy it is to add overlays to my videos. I've customized some really nice ones, and they add that extra touch of professionalism that I love. Sure, there was a bit of a learning curve at first, but that was mainly because I was going through a tough time in life. Thankfully, there are plenty of helpful tutorials on YouTube that got me through it.Once I got the hang of using the ChackTok Store to manage my plan, everything fell into place. Although, I do agree that the page could be a bit more user-friendly, but it didn't take long to figure it out.Overall, I'm super happy with my Chacktok experience. The quality of the videos, the features, and the support – it's all been excellent. If you're considering a 360 photo booth, I highly recommend giving Chacktok a try!
