Car had to go back in a couple of times for system errors and updates. Phil was great, called to confirm pick up time, arrived promptly on both occasions. When bringing the car back took time to go through the changes and updates, making sure the car was re- set up to my preferences- traffic alerts, radio favourites etc . Thanks Phil!

Our experience at Waylands reading, is one i would explain as 'it was meant to be' we arrived at the dealership late on a Saturday evening just as the guys were closing up, we asked if we could just look round a car as we had been severely messed about by another dealership. Initially Jed spoke to us and tried to help us find the car, then he remembered it was in the workshop having alloys. He also had a quick video which was great and Jed let us watch some of that. Whilst he went in to check we started chatting to Jim explaining our situation, from that moment I felt he genuinely cared about how our experience and wanted to help and turn all of our bad customer service around.

He went above and beyond from that day he stayed late that night and helped us get a reservation down on the car and said he would call us on monday and check in and notify us on the car, which he did and he sent a blinding video over too that he had personally taken, carefully outlining and focusing on the details and body work of the car.

All paperwork, communication over the next few days was handled with ease. Everything clear and easy to sign and put through.

We picked up our car by the Friday, Jim met us got us sat down for the serious part and couple of extra paperwork and of course the £££. He showed us the car which i can honestly say was stunning and immaculate for a used car, he really helped us put faith back in Volvo after a couple of stressful weeks with another dealer. We took it for a test drive and I can honestly say a little bit of me inside screamed because we did it, we got the car of dreams and Jim helped us get there.

Jim is an asset to waylands, I didnt feel like I was with a salesman I felt he was someone we had known forever and he just wanted the best for us. We had great conversations, laughs and professionalism all in one go!!

If anyone needs a volvo now, I will 100% recommend them to Jim at waylands.
