I purchased the Boy Is Mine VIP package that included several merchandise items (shirt, poster, journal, tote bag) none of which have been delivered. Before and after the event, I have received multiple form emails stating that the items would be sent, but no actual follow-through. It has now been almost three weeks since the show and nothing has arrived.For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable. A VIP package should include the items promised or clear, accurate communication and resolution. This experience has been disappointing and poorly handled.Disputed the charges on my American Express. Only received half the promises, they should only get half the ticket price.
Purchasing a VIP 1 ticket from "One More Time VIP" for the Simply Red concert on Nov 19th in Paris was an expensive mistake. This was, without a doubt, the worst concert experience I have ever had, offering zero value for the premium price (€350).Key Failures:Non-Existent VIP Treatment: The only benefit was a good seat. We intentionally skipped the non-mandatory early entry, but upon arriving for normal entry, we were denied access at the main entrance. Staff gave us incorrect directions, forcing us into a 25-minute logistical nightmare in pouring rain, walking through back alleys and dead ends to find one obscure, uncommunicated entrance. This was worse service than general admission.Abysmal Communication: There was no communication that the standard VIP entry was limited to a single, obscure entrance. We were not VIPs; we were just soaking, angry customers due to their lack of preparation and signage.Missing Merchandise: I bought two VIP tickets and claimed two merchandise packages. Two weeks later, they are still missing. This is a failure to deliver the tangible goods I paid for.Insulting Customer Service: When I complained, I received a boilerplate response citing "all sales are final" and ignoring my core issues (the single-entry rule and the missing packages). They offered no compensation or meaningful apology for the fiasco.Summary: This service is severely overpriced, fundamentally flawed, and managed by a company that does not care about customer experience. Avoid One More Time VIP if you expect any form of premium treatment.
Hello,November 8th I attended a concert at the Oakland Arena. For my birthday my mother purchased the meet and greet passes for “the boy is mine” show. It guaranteed a photo, a signature from the artist and an exclusive meet and greet merch package. Although I took a picture, I never received it or nothing else promised. I’ve reached out numerous times to the company to a number that doesn’t work and a email account that is giving nothing but dismissive automative responses. OneTimeMedia in partnership with Ticketmaster have other complaints to the bbb about this very issue. They taking hundreds of dollars from fans and giving them nothing in return.

I splurged on a Vip ticket primarily for the amazing seat, and let me tell you, that 2nd row view was worth every penny! Despite the steep price tag, the seat was top-notch. But everything else about this "VIP experience" was a major letdown. Seriously, this company is selling a VIP package that's far from VIP. The early entrance was a joke - early entrance to where exactly? To the same spot as everyone else? And don't even get me started on the uncomfortable plastic chairs that left my butt feeling flat after just 15 minutes. And then there's the VIP package they sent by mail after the concert...a pin and a table cloth? Really? My first time buying from them and I'm already thinking I could do a much better job at creating a VIP experience. It was a horrendous experience all around. But hey, at least the band was fantastic. They saved the day, even though the so-called VIP experience fell flat. Sorry, but it's the truth - there was no VIP treatment to be found here.
We were emailed to arrive early for the Chaka Khan VIP, just to have to wait an hour for admission. The photos that were a part of the package were not available at admission. We were told to come back during intermission to obtain the photos. We did, just to have the staff look at us like we had two heads. I have emailed them on three occasions. The last time I was lied to again. I was told my merchandise was being prepared for shipment. That was two months ago. I emailed them again, just to be ignored. I paid for those photos and the way I have been treated is totally unprofessional and wrong.
