We are elixir is a fun agency to work within. We have some amazing creators and have so much fun playing games, having talent shows or just general chit chat. Never a dull moment with these lot.
When my two close friends said they were starting a Tiktok agency, I knew there would be no one better for the job. We started off small a year ago, there were 3 of us to start with, and now there are more members than I can count! The managers are friendly, professional, with a touch of kooky personality as well. It's a real home for those who dare to be different, who feel like they are outcasts, you're not an outcast here. They make a real effort to make sure everyone feels included, offering game nights, quizzes, award evenings etc. I honestly could not recommend this agency enough, and I could not be prouder of how far Elixir has come.
First agency I've ever been in and it's been brilliant. Everyone has been so welcome. It really is like another family and couldn't beore grateful to be in this agency.They have helped me find my voice in terms of helping more people with disabilities and spreading awareness. They do their absolute best to make sure everyone is ok and I love that. Highly.trcokenf them.

Such a friendly group of people. I am very introverted and socially awkward but these guys all make me feel welcome, included & not awkward. It’s like a big family that is supportive & always down for a laugh. I was sceptical at joining an agency as I didn’t want anxiety about meeting targets but it’s not like that at all. It’s very chill, very supportive & I’m glad I joined.
During my time at we are elixir so far I’ve managed to step out of my comfort zone and make so many new friends and I’m glad I joined the agency as were like a massive chaotic but also supportive family who always look out for each other. The managers and the owners of the agency are easily approachable and very supportive and same with the wellbeing team. 10/10, best agency I’ve ever joined :)

As a new Agency on TikTok I was sceptical but it’s the best one I have seen around. The management and owners are amazingly supportive, other members of the Agency are friendly and supportive. It’s a family that you didn’t know you needed. I would highly recommend.
This company is very family oriented team and helps people in many different ways for example it helped me build my confidence. The team is very supportive in all aspects no matter what it is you need and it’s a pleasure to be part of it
