I instructed Webahead to create my new website for me having responded to their ad on a selling page on Facebook.Although it is far too early for me to comment on the impact my website has had on generating business, I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Arran (and Harry). Arran was very pleasant to deal with and not pushy. I am thrilled with how my website looks. I requested a series of alterations to my website and these were effected quickly.My only advice to potential customers would be that do bear in mind the price given at the outset may not be what you pay in the end should you proceed with SEO/additional services.

Alex was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our website - from start to finish he was available for 1-1 which is so valuable - the customer interface for amendments is so easy to use - I would definitely use them again for future websites. In terms of web build and support I was impressed. Any issues with content posted are quickly and professionally dealt with. If only I could say the same from their SEO department, whose unbelievably pushy sales team have not delivered on promise. As soon as they receive payment, you are ghosted and any basic questions are met with defensiveness and attitude. As a business owner I do not feel in control in any way. I was sold a Facebook campaign and have received no communication since or evidence of its success at all. The whole process has been incredibly stressful. I would not recommend at all.
I deeply regret working with Webahead Internet and would not recommend their services to anyone. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating due to their aggressive and misleading sales techniques. They made exaggerated promises about their capabilities and gave me incorrect information about the service. It wasn’t until much later that I realized these were blatant misrepresentations.Despite several complaints, my issues were consistently left unresolved. Miss McCready, one of the managers, assured me she would investigate and resolve my concerns. She even scheduled a call that never materialized. Meanwhile, I was constantly harassed for payments—19 missed calls in a single day from Callum, demanding payment for a social media promotion that was never delivered.After making my final payment, I received no evidence of the multimedia campaign they promised, and all communication from the company completely ceased. Over the course of three years, I saw no sales through their platform, making the entire experience not only unproductive but incredibly stressful.I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Webahead Internet, as their service quality is poor, their communication is non-existent after payment, and their promises are nothing more than empty sales tactics.
Ryan from Webahead has been great throughout the whole website building process. Built the website exactly how I imagined and very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan or the team.Would highly recommend getting your website built with them.
