Slow delivery, but good performance

It took a considerable amount of time for my ring to arrive. However, now that I have it, it's performing satisfactorily. I understand that others may have different experiences, but I can only share my own. Its accuracy is within an acceptable range compared to other reputable smart rings (not the low-quality ones) that I trust. Credit where it's due.

Doing its job well

It took quite some time to receive my ring. However, now that it's here, it's performing quite well for me. I know others have different experiences, but I can only speak for myself. Its accuracy is in line with other trusted smart rings (not the cheaper alternatives) that I have come to rely on. Credit where it's due.

Proud backer of the project

I supported the creation of the ring. Many were impatient and critical about the lengthy wait for its release. I, however, was glad to wait. Ultimately, the ring arrived. There have been some challenges, but that is to be expected with such an advanced product. I've been in regular contact with the support team, and they have addressed several of my main concerns. The ring now effectively tracks my heart rate, sleep, oxygen levels, etc. I'm excited for future updates that will enhance exercise tracking and payment features in my region. Despite my rigorous gym use, the ring has held up well. The design is appealing, although I do wish the edges were a bit smoother, which could be improved in future versions. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my ring!

All-in-one ring experience

I've been using the ring for almost a year now, and my experience has been fantastic. I can easily monitor various health metrics like blood pressure, ECG, heart rate, oxygen saturation, heart rate variability, steps, sleep score, and more, by wearing it day and night. I ordered it in August 2024 and received it in December 2024. The sizing kit arrived promptly, and after updating the size in the app, I eagerly awaited delivery. The packaging was impressive, and setting it up was a delightful experience. I faced no issues connecting it to both Android and iOS devices. While there were a few software glitches, the support team followed up and resolved them. After a firmware update, I encountered a charging issue, but they quickly sent a replacement, which has been working perfectly. The support team was diligent in addressing my concerns via phone and email. I'm happy using this ring, although the payment feature isn't available in my area. I've noticed the black coating is peeling, so I suggest considering a different color.

Positive experience despite delays

The ring arrived later than expected, which is common when backing early projects. Since receiving it, I've encountered a few tracking issues, but firmware updates quickly resolved them. The team has always been prompt in responding to my inquiries. The app functions well, and I would purchase again and recommend it to others. I received my ring in June 2025.

Nice product, still evolving

As of December 2025, the product arrived 1.5 years later than announced, but it finally got here, and after a month of use, it's at least functioning. However, the measurement algorithms are still in beta, and the data can often be inaccurate. The only feature that reliably works is the payment option, which I use almost daily.
