Review Time
I have a strong dislike for this app without even downloading it. After seeing just one ad, I rushed to check the reviews. The advertisement featured two individuals, a girl and a boy, who were portrayed as long-time friends but ended up engaging in inappropriate behavior in a library. What truly repulsed me was the way they substituted an image with a mushroom and labeled it "image replaced." As a male, I recognize what it was meant to represent, and it felt like a cheap tactic to avoid legal issues. I give it 1 out of 5. Terrible experience. I do NOT recommend.
I have a strong aversion to this app, and I haven't even installed it. After seeing just one advertisement, I immediately looked up the reviews. The ad depicted a girl and a boy, supposedly best friends for 20 years, who instead of maintaining a normal friendship, engaged in inappropriate behavior in a library. What truly appalls me is how they replaced an image with a mushroom and labeled it "image replaced." As a male, I know what it was meant to imply, and it felt like a cheap excuse to sidestep potential lawsuits. 1 out of 5. Terrible. Definitely do NOT recommend.
I frequently read comics on my phone, and this service is arguably the best among them. While the coins can be pricey, there's a substantial amount of free content available, and the option to either pay for a chapter or watch an ad provides users with plenty of flexibility in how they choose to enjoy comics. I would say this platform is the best of its kind.
I decided to download this platform to see if it was as bad as many claim, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment. I was only offered fantasy or romance stories and chose the former, only to encounter the same AI-generated narrative I often see on social media. "Today, on their tenth birthday, luck would determine their fate at this young age..." I barely read anything, and no amount of vocabulary could adequately describe the cringe and grammatical issues on my screen. The top ten recommendations were similarly titled AI content with obviously generated covers. I spent no money and less than two minutes, yet I feel I deserve a refund.
This app is fantastic, featuring a wealth of captivating original stories. However, I'm quite frustrated that they have eliminated the daily pass. Now, for some series, the only way to access episodes (beyond a certain point) is to pay or watch ads. This is frustrating because I believe the primary users of these options were those who utilized them before this significant change. I'm curious if this alteration will increase authors' earnings from the platform, but I suspect there will be a noticeable drop in viewership for the affected works.
This is an excellent Webnovel platform. It's easy to navigate and discover new content or keep track of favorite stories. You can also follow your preferred authors. While coin prices for some stories are rising, isn't that the case with everything these days? It's a small price to pay, especially with so many amazing stories available! Titles like Purple Hyacinth, Not Even Bones, I Love You, Parallel City, Trapped, and Sweet Home are just a few examples!
