I love the site overall, and support was amazing and quick to ensure I was still able to honor my investment despite the delay in liquidating my funds, which would finalize after the deadline. Unfortunately, I have not been able to finalize my investment because I have not heard back in two days after notifying my support agent that the funds are ready to transfer. I would rate higher but this lack of response is becoming problematic as my workload is increasing daily and have very limited time to put into this.

As an analyst of social science, I think they have a good concept, but using a 2 step verification like having Wefunder send texted code to the client phone and input it after logging in would be a great idea.
