Ordered via TikTok and received the wrong item. Contacted both TikTok and Wellgard but both told me to go to the other as it was their issue. In the end Wellgard sent me the correct item but claimed it was a “good will gesture” - unsure how it’s good will to send me what I ordered and paid for. Shame as their products do seem to good quality.
I would never buy off this company . I have terminal cancer and needed something to help . I bought from this company and I recived the product broken and powder all innthe box . I sent photos and the refused my refund. Id Really stay away from this company
