I have tried various cherry juice options. Optima is good, but expensive. Biona, from Holland & Barrett is cheap, but it is not a true concentrate as it has water added. Wellguard is great value for money and is a true concentrate, and tastes good. 30 mill per daily dose is enough to last a couple of weeks, although I find myself using more when hydrating after exercise. ordered a 6 pack with a recurring delivery every 3 months, giving my a discount.
