Completely unacceptable. I ordered an advent calendar for my Dad's birthday five weeks in advance and even paid for insurance. My Dad's birthday was on 12/2, and I still haven’t received the calendar. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response and calls just disconnect after two rings. I’ve lost $88. Stay away from this platform.
I ordered a limited edition whiskey bottle and after waiting two months, I finally received it. It was painted incorrectly, had no lid, and the emblem was missing. They haven't responded to my inquiries about returning it. I will never order from them again, nor will anyone I talk to.
Says 7 to seven to 12 days ship out your order no I've ordered it 3 1/2 four weeks ago almost almost 4 weeks ago and still nothing still saying being processed I think I just got ripped off I ordered the whiskey bottle Alabama whiskey bottle with the crown top and of course you try to call the number it won't even ring I've emailed them no response Will never do business with them again….
I ordered the Alabama Crimson Tide Whiskey bottle 12 days ago and after using tracking it states my order was still "processing." After sending an email and calling the number that the company provided several times but receiving no answer and not being able to leave a message. I'm still not informed about the status of my order.I'm starting to become concerned that this is a scam online business.I sincerely hope not because my order wasn't inexpensive.
Like others, I saw a photo (later realized AI generated) of a Steelers 50th Anniversary of the Terrible Towel whiskey bottle. Advertisement leads one to believe it's a decanter. Ordered it in July. Nearly three months later, it finally shows up and not designed as the photo looks, makes no reference to the 50th anniversary of the towel, and even came with a different stopper than what I had ordered. The final nail was it's about the size of a flask.Still will have it in my home bar. But buyer beware what you are ordering as they are "custom made" when ordered, and made in the Far East.
First, This website is not about local brand hoodies at all. They use fake AI photos of whiskey bottles to trick customers. I ordered Pokemon Whiskey Bottle and received a completely different, cheap bottle that looked nothing like the pictures. The product is useless and not what was advertised..
