If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would. This service is a total scam; avoid them at all costs. Do not share personal information or make any deposits, as that’s where things go wrong. I wanted to use this service for a simple long-distance move, but they manipulated their contract to profit at my expense. They took my payment and informed me the day before my move of a significant price increase because my items wouldn’t fit. They exploit cancellation policies, leaving you at a loss. If you try to cancel, the manager will just wish you luck and stop communicating. I feel cheated, and unfortunately, my credit card provider sided with them due to their poor cancellation policy. BEWARE AND DO NOT ENGAGE.
