Easy Process
Westshade has been very easy to work with. Their communication is excellent, and I'm quite impressed with their customer service (it's a lost art these days). They were quick to design a canopy tent of our dreams and were very upfront with pricing, etc. We liked that there were tiers of pricing to choose from. I'm sure we'll work with Westshade for future projects!

I called talked to somebody on the phone they talked me through what I needed to do and what my options were and told him how fast I wanted it he told me for a custom tent he could do a turnaround of less than 8 days with expedited shipping which I need. I have not received the tent yet as I just placed the order but I have high hopes and expectations that it will show up and it was so far a very pleasant transaction highly recommend using their services.
