It seems the formula has been altered, as I've been receiving batches with an odd and unpleasant odor. It's like wet food for cats without any chicken scent. I can tell my cat will refuse it just by the smell. On a few occasions, I received tuna in a beef package, which my cat also wouldn't eat. I'm already searching for alternative brands; this is not acceptable.

Both my kitten and older cat prefer this kibble over everything else. They adore it. My two dogs even refuse their own food and keep trying to snag this kibble! I wish there was a version for dogs. I’ve tried pricier options and other brands, but all my pets consistently choose this one. The kibble is reasonably priced, and they enjoy the pockets. I just wish the wet food were less expensive. I can’t imagine being without it.

The pouches have been reduced from 100g to 85g, citing cats' weight as the reason, but the price remains unchanged. This is frustrating; my cats are healthy and maintain their weight (checked by the vet every six months). I’m moving on from this brand and hope others do the same. I’m in the process of transitioning my cats away, and now they’re refusing to eat. What have you done?
