I had purchase this pupgrade joint supplement because my lab was limping and I though a joint support was what he need being 6yrs old and 100+ lbs. But since giving the supplement my dog is going on his second week of vomiting and diarrhea. I had him to the vet they game him medication to stop the vomit and diarrhea. And blood work. Well not he is in for stomach x-rays. So a $50 supplement now has cost me over $1100 in vet bills. The company though was nice enough to give me my money back and mail.me a personal post card. Which does nothing to make my dog better. My son is devastated that his best buddy just lays around and doesn't want anything to do with him. Hats off to you at pupgrade. If I could have you would have gotten no stars.
We have used the Pupgrade Joint Support chewables for many years as a measure to prevent an arthritic condition in our female pup. She is almost 13 years old and her overall mobility for her age is excellent. The primary ingredients (Glucosamine and MSM) were considerably higher than other comparable brands for optimal joint mobility. Also, the Pupgrade customer service is excellent. We recommend this product.
My dog was having allergy symptoms and I purchased chews and paid for expedited 2-day shipping. When I tracked the package, it showed a delivery date one full week after purchase. When I asked about this, here is the response I received; "I understand you chose express shipping. For all shipping types we have 1-3 business days for our warehouse to prepare and ship the package after this preparation period that we begin counting days for the shipping period excluding weekends and holidays. Our express shipping timeframe is 2-4 business days. Upon checking, a label has been created on August 6, same day that the order was placed. The 4th shipping day will be on August 12, 2024. The date indicated is the estimate delivery, but we are hoping it arrives sooner. If nothing is received until then, please let us know so we can further assist you." I feel this is very bad service. If you pay for 2-day delivery, you expect delivery in 2 days. It seems clear that they did not send this by expedited delivery and are refusing to acknowledge or correct the mistake. The expected delivery date according to tracking as of August 9th is August 13th, after the 4 days they are claiming 2-day shipping can take. I purchased something elsewhere, so will be refusing delivery and can't comment on the product itself. I believe anyone who pays for 2-day delivery expects to receive the item in 2 business days, not 6 or 7.
I used to have an autoship for PupGrade's joint supplement gummies for my 4 large dogs. After a year I really didn't see any improvement so I cancelled the autoships. Despite cancelling, they continue to charge my credit card and ship me product. Today was the third time they've done this over the past 9 months and I've had it. I told them I was taking the issue to my credit card issuer and refusing to accept any shipment I receive. These people are just playing hide-and-seek with pet owners.
