The Whole Foods on Broad street in New Orleans is the absolute worst WF I have shopped in. From the moment I walked in, it did not "feel" like a WF. The shelves nor the refrigerated foods section were fully stocked. Frankly, some of the shelves in both sections were empty. In addition, the salad bar person started assembly at 11:10 and the hot bar did not start until 11:15...and the food was not even luke warm. Some people take their lunch break at 11! The person who brought out the "hot" food walked away before he finished and did not even put the serving utensils out. I heard him tell another WF employee who actually put out the serving utensils for the hot bar, "I am not Jesus and this is not the day to be f...ing with him".
Theres a new guy in the fish department named SHELDON and he's absolutely amazing ! Hes not only super nice, but he is incredibly skilled- Ive never seen anyone at any WholeFoods cut and clean the fish the way he does.I actually go back more often now just because of him. Not many people can butterfly or prepare fish with such precision and care.WholeFoods is lucky to have Sheldon- hes the best.
You should be ashamed you hired Steven M to work in the whole body department at the Virginia Beach location. He doesn't work, he flirts with his co-worker Will in produce. He won't run any backstock, he hides in the bathroom to avoid attending to customers, and will rant to people about how trans people are confused. Not welcoming or inclusive at all. Someone who is pushing 40 should have better work ethic.
Online shoppers have overrun the store. They are rushing through the aisles with their big carts. Blocking the isles and bumping into customers. I had a horrible shopping experience twice this week, at the Glastonbury Wholefoods. My perception was validated by a nearby shopper who was also exasperated with the chaos and lack of awareness from the online shoppers. Wholefoods is no longer a pleasant wholesome place to shop and eat. It’s morphing into a warehouse experience with a high price tag.
I am very upset with whole foods HIGHLAND VILLAGE location My review was blocked because of my honesty about the leadership and department management issues that keep going on.....first of all, we all have a first amendment right to freedom of speech, even if it seems to affect the overall experience with all whole foods customers. Team members at this location are treated so unfairly and severely underpaid.....whole Foods makes the decisions who can voice their opinions and who cannot. That's very unfair and a critical violation of freedom of speech and the first amendment rights My opinion is that Whole Foods Highland Village location is terribly unfair and knowingly and critically violates Team members rights and gets away with it.....Not so sure I want to shop at a big multi billion dollar corporation who is to scared and nervous of employees voicing their opinions......
I had a bad experience with them recently, when you go to their store you are already aware of their overprices, however my wife found this APP toogoodtogo and a deal they had for $10 which to our surprise was a good deal from this place, however, after she bought it what we got was half of the food already spoiled, the other half wasn't in the best shape but eatable. I think spoiled food that smells bad should go to the trash not to customer because it could poison people. Bad Whole Foods!
I am a regular Whole Foods customer. Yesterday I purchased two 50% off sandwiches. 1. turkey and chedar 2. tuna fish. Both were terrible. Absolutely no flavor, stale bread, made me almost choke. Don't buy sandwiches at whole foods.
Was a good respectful company placing high regard on its team members, times change, things change and whole foods falls short in every way, Christina minardi the worst absolute worst example of good leadership, wfm has become such a disappointment with Christina leading the way in disappointment, whole paycheck
