Problems with contract finalization

The underwriting department had difficulties finalizing my contract for several days. While I understand the holiday caused delays, my patience wore thin afterward. The policy is excellent but not the cheapest, so I hope it meets my expectations. However, charging my account before I signed the contract raised concerns, and although I tried to be understanding, it was troubling. They almost jeopardized my business.

Disappointing experience

Sales without pressure

Sales without any pressure. The representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have a couple of suggestions: 1. Offer discounts for multiple contracts (we have both a car and trailer) and 2. Provide 36 months financing for the 8-year plan. We almost didn't proceed due to the high payments for 24 months.
