How can this company improve?
This company can start by not lie to customers. And start to do what it promised. They advertise that without subscription costumer cannot use cloud storage BUT still able to use local storage - big LIE

Well, can't get anymore honest than this, Blink had lied and didnt work as it promised. With subscription Blink always glitches and need to be reset every few weeks. Without subscription then nothing works as it promised.
Purchased three cameras. The setup was straightforward, and they worked well initially, but soon each camera began disconnecting. I've verified the Wi-Fi connection with no problems found. I replaced the new batteries and reset the cameras multiple times, yet they continue to go offline. Not worth the investment at all; they seem to be just for show. 🤷♀️
If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. I regret not choosing a different camera. The support from this company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They are incredibly unhelpful and offered no assistance when I faced issues with my camera. I strongly advise against this service!

I have encountered some of the worst customer service ever. The representatives were completely clueless. I just wanted to start a subscription and needed guidance, but I received no help at all. I spoke to multiple agents, and none were useful.
I had a major issue with my account over the weekend. I reached out for help and received prompt assistance on Monday. I’m incredibly thankful for the support team; they were amazing and patient. I’m now back up and running, feeling joyful and grateful!
The agents seem untrained, and one even advised me to contact an electrician when I didn’t need to. My email interactions were unsatisfactory as many agents struggled to communicate effectively about technical issues. Supervisors avoided my calls, and I was misled about a callback that never happened. Problem-solving is clearly lacking.
