Review Time
While buying the drug i needed was a bit complicated, its not a surprise as it is not for sale in the UK. Greg was always helpful and polite, even when, as a result of reviews on this site, i asked him for a picture of the drugs on the shelf! ( the picture arrived 5 minutes later. If you are ordering medicines, check with your home government to see if an inport certificate is required, as it is likely that if one is, and you dont get one ( often via your vet) then the package will be seized. Lastly, if the drugs are important to you or your pet, pay the extra for the courier. It still took a week to get to the UK but i could track it, and it got here
Greg was always fast to answer my emails and very polite (which is the only reason for two stars) although I do NOT think the company made a true effort to get the product to me. The refund was very slow in coming and only came after countless reminders over several months that I was waiting for it. The refund was far less than I paid for the product, but in the end I was grateful to get ANYTHING back and I just want to move on.
Always excellent service from Wilderstore! My last parcel got lost in post so Greg sent out a replacement quickly! The lost parcel turned up days later and Greg told me to keep it as shipping costs were expensive which shows they do care about their buyers!! Thankyou Wilderstore.
