Crappy delivery service with USPS

Crappy delivery service with USPS. Also their travel bags for dogs are not for dogs that are 15 pounds. Theyre for ultra tiny dogs. Their customer email workers are weak in helping people ge ttheir mail. My order was returned after I wasn't notified it was being held at the local USPS. Do better, WildOne. You have a nicely-designed website, now get your customer service reps up to par.

As a first time dog owner

As a first time dog owner, I ordered the wrong size harness and collar. Wild One customer service was not willing to help given my order was an international order. The lack of support and assistance with my exchange was disappointing and I will not be purchasing products from them again.

Crap customer service

Crap customer service. I appreciate a company that actually tries to help customers and provide solutions, not just customer service reps that are blindly policy pushing and recite online FAQs. Wildone unfortunately is the latter. They won't be getting any of my business. They are in a highly saturated market with plenty of small business start ups that have excellent customer service. Wildone is a definite no for me. I don't give companies with crap customer relations my money.

Badly designed

The design of the collar, particularly of the XL size, includes many holes to create different sizes, but no extra D ring or device to hold the extra piece of collar to the side. So when you put the collar on, a large tab of collar sticks out, where a dog could chew on it, or get it caught on something. This is very unsafe and, of course, does not look good on my dog. When I tried to get in contact with customer service, they were unwilling to help me. It's clear to me that they're trying to cover too many sizes with one collar, and sacrificing the final product.

I bought the collar and dog tag

I bought the collar and dog tag. The plastic/silicone came off even trying to attach the dog tag to the collar. Then the collar just didn’t hold up well, the holes turned black and tore easily. The dog tag ended up being ruined before the collar. The font ended up totally scratched out.
