I'm going to be very honest. If you are interested in dipping your toe into the world of self transformation/life coaching/NLP training this is where you should go. I did a course for free and I would pay money for any course they offer. Coyles is very high energy and his classes move fast. BUT he has everything available on replay. So you can go over it with detail. I would use them for business coaching or any sort of coaching and I would choose them over every one else to learn from. He has a solid record.

I joined on a free "practitioner" course in May 2025. Impressed & bowled over by Calvin's charismatic and seemingly genuine approach I joined the paid Impact Program (Master in Coaching & Master in NLP). At enrolment I shared I'm a vulnerable lady, recovering from serious illness, on disability, lost my confidence due to serious trauma & concerned about showing up on camera due to agarophobia & being socially anxious. When asked what commitment I needed to make to pass, I was told I would be assigned a small group of coaches to practice with, who'd stay with me throughout the program to record our sessions as proof of compentency. Shortly after enrolling, Calvin pitched his business course and offered a business coaching call to help us to "move the needle forward". I explained again, that I'm on disability & stretching myself financially to the limit by paying in monthly installments for Impact & that I have ADHD so felt I couldn't manage both programs. I was assured I could pause the business program any time, go at my own pace & add the price onto my debt & keep paying the same over more years. A week after starting the business course, I became overwhelmed. I was confused by a daily onslaught of email messages, (many of them unnecessary), including multiple out of date links to the same live events, very unclear signposting, & admin issues so I reached out for support.I was told to pause the business programme, go on a free 4 week business fast track so I'd be better set up for the business course. When I finished it, I asked how to unpause the paid course & was told that it hadn't been paused & not to worry there was no time limit for completion & so technically I wasn't behind. This didn't add up so I booked a 1:1 business coaching call for clarity. I was told that I couldn't actually pause the course for 1:1 support or personal feedback on progress. I could complete the course any time but after a year all 1:1 support would cease. I could only pause my payments for a short period. By then, I was 6 weeks behind.Just before this, Calvin wrote a message in the community circle & an email about how a "super toxic" troll had been attacking our coaching community, requesting us all to give positive reviews to squash this person's impact. I dutifully complied. You will notice that many of us wrote these reviews from early August onwards.After this time I started to notice all kinds of red flags. I worked hard to keep up with the Impact Program working with my small group of coaches (called a Triad) to record our progress. I sought 1:1 mindset coaching support for my business course to proactively own my issues with moving forward on the business side. My main issue identified was my issue with success because of being publically humilated in my life every time I've stepped up.For 2 months, I had a session with their mind set coach every week & in the recorded sessions submitted for my Masters I shared openly these issues as well with my fellow students & coach within my Triad.After I completed the Masters in Coaching part of Impact, the Head of Coaching & Community (Elle Porter) announced all Triads would now be changed for the NLP part. The new triads had been allocated alphabetically with some groups having 3 or 4 people with the same name in the same group! This made no sense to me. We'd built up rapport & trust & a depth of support. I became aware of other Triads who also wanted to stay together and who disagreed with this decision. Calvin was asked on 2 live programs if we could stay in our old Triads and he said yes. So when Elle insisted no on a live q &a session with almost 100 people I decided to go on camera for the first time and raise my concerns. It was hosted by my mindset coach so I felt brave. As soon as I began to share my concerns, I was shut down twice by Elle. She was very rude, dismissive, unprofessional and demeaning making out I had a problem "leaning in" & was blocking progress. I was so upset I made a complaint through my coach straight after who understood why I felt humiliated. She told me she would call an urgent meeting with Calvin and would get back to me that day. She didn't. Two days later I wrote a complaint to Elle asking for a meeting with an advocate. She refused, told me I was out of order for questioning her decision, misnamed me & told me case closed. I then wrote a formal complaint to Calvin asking for a meeting with an advocate. I know of 6 other independent complaints about her treatment of me on that call. He rang me, totally dismissed all my concerns & told me Elle had dealt with me very well. He was very patronising, rude, shut me down again, told me I was "quite ridiculous", "stuck in the past", an intelligent woman who needed to use my intelligence & that we're not aligned, had already refunded my money & had bumped me out of the circle community. Beware!

This is my second time taking a course with Wild Success. The first course l took was the Fast Track Life Coaching Certification and for the second course, I enrolled in the Fast Track NLP Coaching Certification. My experience was great. I must say that the live sessions were energetic and inspiring. Calvin and his team were engaging and supportive. There were replays, supplementary materials like sides, PDFs, transcripts, and many opportunities to interact and practice the NLP tools with the members of the community. I would not hesitate to recommend this program to others.
