The Willful experience was great especially as my lawyer had disappeared with the original copy of my will. It was simple and easy to use. I would have given 5 stars except that I found that way too many reminder emails were in my inbox. It takes time to put this all together - perhaps less often please.

Really easy to go through the basics of preparing a will. The system is intuitive and takes you through, step by step. The only thing I'd change is having an option to add all the extra details (wishes, etc.) in the program itself and not have to do it in separate docs somewhere else.
I was unable to complete the process due to a circular logic bug. Your system would not let me download the document because it has to be finalized. However if I click to finalize it tells me to download, print and sign.I filled out all the forms, answered questions but never actually seen the document, cannot download it. Tried on mobile phone as well as computer browser, same problem.
