I had a very negative experience with Vel Point Limited and strongly advise others to be cautious.
I paid a prepayment of $2,700 USD for their so-called “fund recovery services”. After receiving the payment, the company failed to deliver any results and did not provide the promised service.
What is most concerning is that after payment:
communication significantly decreased
my messages were ignored
no clear updates or progress were provided.Despite multiple attempts to contact them and request a refund, the company has not returned my money.
