I was going through sites for Estate Lawyers, sites for Will kits and sites like Willful over the course of a year.For me the cost-benefit ratio was perfect at Wilful. Within a short time, my wife and I both read through the requirements, and completed the Will questionnaire. The next day we visited friends to get their signatures as witnesses, and were able to register our wills online with Willful.
The options for beneficiaries are simply not realistic. I could not complete my will with the options Willful provided, so basically it was useless.The site only gives you the option to leave something to the children of a beneficiary. So if you don't want something going to the child of a beneficiary, or if the beneficiary doesn't have a child, this product will not work for you. For instance you want to give $100 to your friend.... well if you friend predeceases you, the $100 has to go to their kids - if you want it to go to a different friend, you are out of luck.
