Neil and Dean were very helpful, and gave me time to "test-drive" the controls on my new chair.
This new chair has a short cable to the battery unit. Two extension leads were needed to reach the wall socket. There is now a clutter of leads and sockets between the chair and the wall socket.
The representative was incredibly helpful and attentive. My primary concern was staying within my budget, and he worked diligently to ensure I could do so. His efforts were so impressive that I ended up purchasing a bed the very same day.

I required a service visit to adjust my chair. The appointment was arranged promptly, and the two technicians who came were outstanding: friendly, professional, and efficient. My chair is much improved now, and I am very thankful for the assistance.
Steer clear! I never want to hear the company's name again. A salesman visited, talked nonstop, disparaged other products, and failed to provide clear information about his own. The bed delivered was not what we discussed, and despite being a couple preparing for a wedding, the order was incorrect. Communication was vague and confusing. We had to deal with an unhelpful support team when we rejected the bed, and the return process was frustratingly delayed. Ultimately, I received a refund that was significantly less than expected. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially compared to other companies that offer better return policies.
