Five Star customer service

Four stars only because I had some delivery errors (courier, not Winedrops). Winedrops customer service was first class (big shout out to Joan), all issues resolved, and new orders placed. Wine received to far has been great👍🏻

Very easy and clear website. Once you know that you pay when you order you can be sure that the wine is in your delivery- unlike others who wait until your case is ready to send and then they discover they have run out of one. Not had a bad wine.
