Review Time
Used to be okay, but now not so much. Slots are super tight and glitchy and you’re just constantly chasing. Last withdrawal was about a month ago and since then, I haven’t gotten anything…like literally nothing. Basically just been flushing money down the toilet. Even when you bet small, you don’t win. I’ve never seen anything like it
Welp, like I said I am done with Winna, but of course I needed to collect my monthly. I will say, their weeklies and monthly bonuses are much stronger than stakes, but they could be bc they seemingly take more from you too.
As you can guess though, I got SMOKED. Didn’t get even $50 in line wins, just drained.
I think I’ve left enough reviews in the matter. Consumer beware, think very seriously before you set your money on fire here.
They are really a scam, I had two reviews but they didn't answer or they lied when we answered. Even if you chat with support or email them, they don't answer. I'll leave the previous two reviews below.
SO I sent 21 xrp here today, been over a half hour now. The xrp still is not in my wallet on Winna, support told me they had to escalate this to the financial team. With
no time frame of how long this will take. The xrp network is working fine. This is very unacceptable and very unprofessional. Therese no way that they are this busy. 1000% sure it was sent correctly too. Any other time this has happend with another place its resolved within 2 mins. and my coins are there. For sure when coins come to my account, I will be be taking them out without even playing. Beware people, u dont gotta deal with this any other place.
Winna finally replied after weeks of silence. The email from support (Emma) said:
“Hi there! I apologize for the delay. I just got an update from the team. We kindly asked you to remove your review and they will reassess your account.”
This is concerning. Instead of explaining the account shutdown or offering a means for resolution, their first step was to ask me to delete my review in exchange for any reassessment.
It confirms the original issue: Winna seems more interested in hiding negative feedback than actually fixing customer problems. They only responded after public pressure, and even then, help appears conditional on removing the review.
Posting this so others can see how they’re handling complaints and decide accordingly before using the platform.
I am writing another review because Winna has still made no effort to resolve my situation. If you look closely at Winna’s behavior on Trustpilot, a clear pattern appears. They publicly reply to negative reviews by asking customers to email support. This creates the impression that they care about solving issues. In reality, it is just damage control. I have emailed Winna’s support team multiple times, including after following their instructions in their Trustpilot responses. I have received no response at all. No explanation. No timeline. No resolution. Nothing. Winna's Trustpilot replies are just for show. They respond publicly to seem helpful, but once you contact them privately, you are ignored. My account is still shut down and my situation is unresolved.
At this point, the lack of communication speaks for itself. Hopefully, this review serves as a warning to others: Do not be deceived by their polished replies. Do not expect them to help you. Stay away from this platform.
