Ordering was easy. Delivery time was quick and the instructions that came with the wipers are the best instructions I've ever received with anything I've purchased. And I've had to build a lot of stuff! Lol. Despite the awesome instructions, I still managed to screw something up. It was entirely my fault, and I reached out to customer service to order a new replacement wiper, admitting that this was my mistake, and within 20 minutes of sending the customer service email, I received a response back that a new one was on the way - on the house! Amazing support and service! So happy with my experience.
I ordered wiper blades from the site, but the ones it recommended for my car didn't fit.
