Caution: Unusual Requirements

A warning for anyone considering renting a trailer from this service: don't! I tried to rent a trailer today, and they requested numerous documents including my driving license, vehicle registration, insurance, a utility bill, and a £250 deposit. Although I found this excessive, I complied. However, upon arrival, they demanded a copy of my debit card! When I expressed discomfort about sharing my bank details, the manager approached me with an intimidating demeanor and insisted I either provide the information or leave without the trailer. I found this behavior rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and will advise others to stay away.
