I got a loan from them and my last payment was $371.26 or 371.96 in September 2025. They took out two payments of the last amount. I had to go to my bank to have them to refund the extra payment they took out. Oh yes, they refunded me, but get this, now they made a whole new account stating I owed them when they overcharged me in September 2025 to make themselves looked good and try to mess up My credit. I have proof that they overcharged me( bank statement) and have proof of the readjustment they had to make to refund me on my bank statement. So Watch Out for when U make Ur last payment, make sure U let Ur bank aware of them trying to overcharge You!
I applied for a small loan. Received a text and an email to contact them. Have tried for 3 days and left multiple messages. Have not received one return phone call, text or email. When you call any one of there phone numbers you sit on hold and either get prompted to leave a message or cut off. I thought they were legit?
Well for starters, I received two emails that specifically said and I quote "Congratulations you have been approved!" Not pre-approved, approved. I do, understand very clearly, the distinction between, a pre-approval and an approval.And just for some context my loan is a very low amount. Which is okay, because it would have covered, what I needed it to.And then began the emails, requesting documents which, I very promptly, submitted. Despite, being at work while doing that. I have literally submitted identifying documents, and proof of residency documents, that the U.S Dept of Education accepted in order to approve my student loans. Which, they are a government agency who are lending me considerably more money than, this loan. And according to them my documents were sufficient proof.Yet, every single one of those documents your company has rejected. And not just rejected but, also,started throwing in, a bunch of extra stipulations that, you didn't disclose to begin with.It honestly feels at this point y'all are just making it up as you go. And if,you were really that skeptical or suspicious, I am not who I claim to be, or I don't live where I claim to live, you could have just denied me to begin with. But, no you approved me. Which I don't understand. An adverse action letter I can handle. But, this seemed a little cruel. Or,you are conducting some experiment, to see how many hoops, you can get someone to jump through before they give up.I don't really have high expectations here that, I was approved or I will get the loan. In fact, right now I am awaiting the next email, which will most likely be another "nope not accepting that either." This has seemed like an awful lot of work for such a small loan amount. P.S You only earned that one star by default, I had to select at least one star to continue.
Very unprofessional experience. Their bank verification system is not working for my bank so I'm needing to get on a conference call with my bank for verification. I called their customer support on a Thursday and gave them my information and they said I would receive a call by the end of the day CST. Which was frustrating because I was trying to get everythinf done for same day funding as they offer it if completed by 11am.I never received a call back. I called again on Friday. They gave me the exact same "we'll have someone call you" but changed from end of the day to "ASAP". My call was made at 9am. I still hadn't heard from someone as of 5pm that Friday. I called again Saturday morning during their business hours of 7-4 CST. They once again told me that they'd have someone call my ASAP. I still hadn't heard from someone as of 4pm.On Sunday I sent an email requesting a scheduled time to complete the conference call and the support member I was emailing scheduled me for 8am CST Monday morning.I'm typing up this review as of 11am CST Monday morning and NO ONE has called me. I have called the customer support several times today and was informed someone would contact me immediately.This company doesnt want your business. They just want your information, or else it wouldn't be taking 5 days to get a bank verification conference call completed.
Company send out pre approval letter in your name them u use a QR scan and the login information is someone else email. On top of they don't do a bank verification like they say looking for your work deposit but instead go thru your entire bank history looking at your personal bills and other income or what's going out the the rates 720.00 loan will cost you 3000 insane interest rates.talk about taking advantage of the economy and people that need a little help
Preapproved for 1500.00 received an offer for $130.00 and they dated the due date for the first payment out by 3.5 weeks so 65.00 was my first payment and .95 yes 95 cents went to principle. another 2 weeks and $41 payment still owed $127.00. Tried paying it off in full, and you have to use a 3rd party website. It took me 30 minuts to set it up do to codes sent and the delay in codes. Tried calling customer service during this time to just pay it off on the phone. Pressed Option 4, and it went to dead air, then you heard the click. I was affraid they were not going to let me pay it off. I did finally pay it off after 6 codes had to be sent. At the end, I did get it paid off and now my account doubled my credit limit to $265.20. I cant imagine what the payments would be on that and how long it would take to pay it off.
If I could give them no stars, I would. This company allowed a person to take a loan out in my name without verifying identity. I had to call 3 times and raise holy hell before I could speak to a supervisor. I had to fill out a fraud affidavit, email it to them and the owner of this company who is accessible by email plus go file a police report, call SSA, freeze my credit, get a court order to have my drivers license number changed, reported it to the FTC, Fort Worth, Tx newspaper as well as the BBB and FBI. Someone added a bank account to this loan as well as an ip address that both do not belong to me. I tried to get intouch with a agent to let them know i wasn't going to be able to make a payment for them to double up on the next payment. But i can't get a live agent at all. But you take out my payment every pay period. But can't talk to a live agent. Is crazy
