Discriminating and lying company. I have already written a comment on my situation, and one of the managers Mr. Meni asked to put it down and give them a chance to fix the issue. However after the complaint was off, wittix just acted in the same way they always do. Our Company had an account since 2021. We paid all the expensive fees that came with the services. However the support team was always a mess. Dozens of unanswered complaints to change my phone number and email, they just simply were mocking me, changing the agents and every time I had to explain what happened. My last 5 emails to support weren't even answered. In December 2023, we started the compliance process, they sent authentication links to all the share holders, however I am the managing director with power of attorney and they should have only asked me. However, when the last authentication had to be done with the oldest of our shareholder, they were never satisfied with his authentication, and the issue is that the app always said authentication successful, but somehow they had a manual check up completely incompetent that always failed the authentication without any explaination or follow up. Now listen to this, our management are Saudi Arabian citizen, so for wittix is not OK to have custumers from that region. How is it possible to fail more than 20 authentications? Moreover, no one called or sent an email to confirm if the authentication was passed. I had to follow up and beg them to open the account temporarily so we can receive payments from our custumers. This company are liars, and very unorganised. Besides the codes that come when you need to log in, most of the times did not even come. I just don't understand how you operate like this and why aren't you punished for being so ignorant and discriminating. And for Mr. Meni, you have asked me so nicely to remove the bad comment so you can fix the issue, however you haven't fixed anything. You should be at least a man of your words. You should be refunding us, the fees since you blocked our account since December, we lost some custumers and had electricity disconnection notices because you couldn't comply. I would never recomend and suggest to work with better bank partners.

Wittix is the worst Fintech ever

Don't waste your time with this scammy online bank. They brag being transparant on their site but aren't at all. Hidden fees at every corner. It took 5 weeks to receive the card, I was charge 9€ for it (they never said once the price), claim to have Account monthly fee FREE yet I was charge 4,90€ for monthly card fee (they never said once the fee and charged me even before to send it), the card must be top up and it's 1% of the amount when they claim Internal Transfer FREE. Withdrawal you get a fee, payment by card also (I top up 79 €, got 0,79€ fee, I withdraw 70€ and buy a can for 1,99€ so I should've 7,01€ in the card balance, yet 3,76€ remain without showing any fee in the fee report). I look to close it and says the balance must be 0€ which is impossible to attain because of hidden fees, so, it's the perfect SCAM. Altogether, for 100€ I transfered on the account to try, more than 20€ are gone in fees including 75% of hidden fees.
