🚨 My Experience with Wittix – Beware of High Fees and Non-Refundable Funds! 🚨I decided to open an account with Wittix, but I was shocked to find that their fees are extremely high compared to other digital banks. I transferred €1,000 to the account as a trial, but after reviewing the costs, I realized they were too expensive for me. So, I decided to close the account and request a refund.Unfortunately, when I requested to withdraw my money to my personal account, my request was denied, with the excuse that the fees are non-refundable. However, I had not paid the full fees yet—I was just testing the service!This is unfair and lacks transparency from a bank that claims to offer modern financial services. I strongly advise anyone considering Wittix to be extremely cautious and read all terms carefully before transferring any funds.Has anyone else experienced similar issues with them? I wanted to open an account and was asked thousands of questions, where did my money come from or they wanted documents about where I got my money from, they wanted bank statements from another bank account, even though I said I didn't have another bank account and my cash was in my cupboard, I didn't have any documents, I said, then my account was rejected. That's discrimination because I'm German and Jewish, that's my opinion, why should I give documents even though I haven't made any transactions?
